Dear Friends,

Some ten years ago we started on a journey. We didn't quite know what to expect, or how far we could go, if at all.

Thanks to you, Ripples today has a growing reputation for dealing successfully with complex business problems in commercial and government settings. Our team is top notch, an outstanding group of people whom we would be proud to have as colleagues and friends.

Along the way, we have had many memorable experiences, from camel rides in India to workshops on Masada, from policy challenges at public health agencies in Massachusetts to large corporate transformations in Paris and Tel Aviv, and many, many more. Such experiences have helped us grow professionally and personally.

On this journey, we have continued to learn the value of good intentions and friendships, of greatness in unexpected corners, and of the fragility of everything. We no doubt knew of these before, but feel them more in our bones today, and this knowledge makes us search for meaning and higher purpose in all we do.

We are still only at the beginning, we realize. As we look forward into the next ten years, we set our targets even higher—with a greater sense of meaning—and we march on. Thank you to all of our friends who made this journey possible. We are grateful for our shared experiences over the last ten years and look forward to sharing the years to come with you.
