Building a Platform for Global Growth
Client: Software development company.
Situation: The client faced the challenges of growth and global presence and needed a drastic change in one of its businesses to guarantee future success. The newly appointed leader to the division, still overshadowed by the founders’ startup mentality and culture, encountered very strong resistance to change in the top team.
Ripples Approach: Ripples developed a shared vision, identified the growth strategy, including the value proposition to customers, and created an operating model. The process involved building an extended leadership team that communicated the vision and led the execution of the strategy globally. A new organization structure was defined and implemented. Most importantly, a series of interventions with the leadership team helped create a company-wide culture of collaboration.
