Jerome F. Meier concentrates in the areas of growth strategy and business development, M&A, and operational improvement. Mr. Meier was Vice President, Group Strategy and Business Development at Pratt & Whitney, an $11B division of United Technologies Corp., responsible for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures, and strategic planning.

 

Mr. Meier began his career as a Process Development Engineer with DuPont, spent four years with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he led strategy and re-engineering projects principally in financial services and consumer and industrial products and was co-founder and CEO of Rentmaker, Inc.

 

He has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and master’s and bachelor’s degrees in chemical engineering from MIT.
